Dine Out Events: Get Shucked Up - An Evening of Oyster & Wine
Join us for an evening of oyster education! Our expert shuckers will show you the art of opening oysters and how to pair them with local BC wines. Enjoy a plate of our finest fresh oysters direct from our farms. We will teach you how to identify different varieties of oysters and what wines work best with them. When you leave you will be a 'shucking' expert on oysters and will even walk away with your very own shucking knife so you can show off your new skills at home. Be prepared to get your hands a little dirty while you 'shuck' yourself silly at this exclusive tasting! Three varieties of our farm fresh oysters (1 dozen oysters), paired with three pours of local BC wines, as well as a hands on shucking class where you get to slurp as you shuck.
