The 2nd in our fall dinner series is a beautifully curated six course dinner with saké pairings and insights from the infamous Saké Samuari, Patrick Ellis. Chef Tommy Shorthouse plans to feature unique twists on classic seafood preperations. And as the classic saying goes "Saké does not get into fights with food"!
