Fall Menu Launches at Fanny Bay Oyster Bar

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar is known for it's oysters, but new Executive Chef Tommy Shorthouse is bringing a new fall menu to life with seasonal shellfish and seafood dishes that dazzle! Shorthouse was inspired by the comforts of fall and all the incredible local ingrediants he could get his hands on.
The new menu items includes a bacon beer & leek steamed mussels, a seafood pot-pie, a fall take on scallops & pork belly with an apple chutney and butternut squash puree, pork picatta, sablefish with soba noodles, and a hot seafood platter for two! Chef Tommy has also curated two fall desserts, a pumpkin spice creme brulee and a dark chocolate tart.

Our new menu also features a few new cocktails,some great BC wines, and fresh line up of BC craft beers on tap to pair with all the new dishes!
You can enjoy the new menu daily from 3pm-10pm at the Oyster Bar. Reservations are reccomended for dinner. You can book your now through OpenTable!
